The International Conference on the Leadership and Management of Projects in the Digital Age (ICLAMP) 2025 aims to establish and foster a community of individuals who share a strong interest in the future of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on sustainability. The conference strives to empower GCC and oil-dependent economies by offering research insights that assist decision-makers in navigating challenging economic circumstances. Additionally, it serves as a platform for international researchers and practitioners to come together, engage in discussions, and exchange their most recent research findings pertaining to sustainable futures.

ICLAMP 2025 is the fourth conference that will be organized by ASU. The first conference (ICSF) took place in 2017 and covered the topic of sustainable futures with 65 papers from 20 countries. The second conference (ICITEE) took place in 2019 and covered the topics related to technology, innovation, enterprise and entrepreneurship with 69 papers from 16 countries. The third conference (ICLAMP) took place in 2022 and covered the topics related to digital transformation and its impact on the leadership and management of projects and organisations with 61 papers from 15 countries. ICLAMP 2025, the fourth conference will take place from 13 to 14 April 2025 and will be technically sponsored by IEEE Bahrain Section.
