Manuscript Submission Guidelines

All papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format and uploaded on EDAS through the following link: https://edas.info/N32979

Please note that your paper will be considered for possible publication in Springer Lecture Notes if you accurately format it and submit both the copyright and consent for publication forms. As you prepare your paper, keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Each paper should be between 6 and 15 pages in length.
  • Ensure that no part of your paper (including figures, tables, or algorithms) is copied from other sources. Avoid plagiarism or self-plagiarism, and ensure the similarity index is below 15% overall, with less than 4% from any single source.
  • All images, illustrations, and figures must be original and created by you. If you recreate figures from another source, properly cite the original and obtain permission if necessary. Do not simply download images from websites or papers. Redraw figures with high resolution and minimal use of color, ensuring clear text and appropriate font sizes.
  • Double-check for formatting issues, spelling and grammar errors, correct punctuation, consistent fonts, and proper labeling of sections, subsections, figures, tables, and references.
  • Keep the acknowledgment brief (no more than three sentences), if included.
  • Ensure that all references are cited within the paper and that references are from reputable journals or conferences.
  • When referencing a web link, include the access date and the site’s title.
